The Ultimate Study Abroad Packing List For Ladies
Packing for a a few months or a semester abroad can be incredibly stressful. As soon as you begin to pack the “essentials” your large checked bag suddenly seems to shrink, and you begin to panic. Plus, how are you supposed to decide everything you want to wear months in advance?
I’ve been there before and I know how difficult it can seem. The number 1 question I get asked by students studying abroad here in Florence, Italy is what they should bring. In an effort to help answer this question, I’ve created an itemized list of everything, I mean EVERYTHING I packed for my first year in Italy. The clothes I packed will get me through Summer, Winter, Spring, and Fall.
Disclaimer: No packing list works for everyone, what works for me may not work for you. This list is meant to be a jumping off point for you to adjust based on your own personal style, needs, and destinations.

Where did you get your brown leather jacket and your tan floppy hat?! So cute!
Hi Katie! The leather jacket is from a leather shop in Florence, although I did forget the name! The floppy hat, however, I found last season at DSW. Thank you!
